Biohof Bursch

Bornheim

The traditional Bursch organic farm is located not far from Cologne and Bonn. For more than 50 years, around 60 varieties of fruit and vegetables have been grown here organically, depending on the season. Whether fine salads, early potatoes, asparagus or delicious strawberries - the produce is always harvested fresh every day. The farm store also sells homemade sauerkraut made according to an old family recipe, good organic wines, 100 different types of cheese and many other delicacies. The home-grown tomatoes have even won several awards. In addition to the farm's own produce, there are also products from regional partner companies. Organic bakers from the region supply fresh wholemeal products. Dairy products, organic meat and a wide range of natural foods round off the offer. There is a selection of herb oils, soups, vegetable pots, jams, chutneys and cucumber specialties from the farm's own kitchen - all fresh from the field straight into the jar.

The small zoo, the garden café and the playground on the farm invite all nature lovers, young and old, to linger. The garden café "Unter den Birnenbäumen" is transformed into a winter café from mid-November to the end of December. Here you will find a cozy atmosphere, which is underlined by two large wood-burning stoves and delicious regional dishes from the farm kitchen.
