The Tanzbrunnen Köln with its trademark star wave tent, located on the banks of the Rhine in Deutz, offers a picturesque view of the old town and the cathedral from its 30,000 m² of open-air premises. The Tanzbrunnen can accommodate 12,500 people outdoors. It is available for concerts, festivals, or markets. The Theater am Tanzbrunnen adds additional space for indoor events such as gala evenings, product presentations or concerts with up to 1,004 attendants. The adjacent Rheinterrassen with restaurant, beer garden, and a cathedral view as well as the km 689 Cologne Beach Club with deck chairs and sun loungers on 3,500 m² worth of the finest sand complete the Tanzbrunnen area.
