    • Düsseldorf Central Station is 150 meters away. 
    • The company's own parking spaces are not available. 
    • The building is steplessly accessible.
    • The counter/cash desk is 112 cm high. 
    • All doors/passages that can be used by guests and are raised are at least 90 cm wide. 
    • All rooms that can be used by guests are accessible at ground level or by elevator.
    • The elevator car is 171 cm x 185 cm.
    • Two wheelchair spaces are available at stage 1. The designated spaces are accessible without steps and with a maximum longitudinal gradient of 6%. 
    • Two wheelchair spaces are available at stage 2.

    Public WC for people with disabilities 

    • The manoeuvring spaces are as follows:
      175 cm x 150 cm in front of the washbasin and in front of the WC;
      to the left of the WC and to the right of the WC 98 cm x 70 cm.
    • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
    • Both grab rails can be flipped-up.
    • The washbasin is wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
    • The mirror can be seen from a sitting or standing position.
    • There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

    • In the event of an audible alarm, there is no visually perceptible flashing or strobe signal. 
    • An audio induction loop system is available.  
    • In the elevators, the emergency call is confirmed acoustically, not visually. Alternatively, stairs are available.

    • Assistance dogs may be allowed.
    • The entrance is visually contrasting to the surroundings and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering. .
    • There are floor indicators that are visually rich in contrast or tactilely perceptible.  
    • The signage is designed in easily legible and high-contrast lettering. 
    • All raised areas that can be used by guests are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.  
    • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically. 
    • Stairs have visually contrasting edges on at least the first and last step. The stairs have handrails on both sides. There is tactile information about the floor at the beginning and end of the flights of stairs. 
    • There are inclusive and tactile exhibitions, performances etc. (not at all events, performances).
