Biological Station Zwillbrock e. V.

Garrel

On a tour of discovery in the interactive exhibition through moor, heath, forest and grassland. Young and old alike can find out about the special features and background of the region's natural and cultural landscape in a variety of ways.
All information and films are available in German and Dutch.

The Venn store offers refreshments and a wide range of products for young and old nature explorers and nature lovers, garden enthusiasts, tourists and creative gift ideas for loved ones.

The outdoor area is home to insects and a garden for wild herbs! An artificially created small moor also offers first insights into the rare flora of a fen. Smelling and touching is encouraged here! Depending on the season, you can experience the colorful variety of colors and intense scents of the small touch and smell garden.

A play area and numerous seating options invite you to have a picnic and round off the outdoor area.

Whether on a bike tour, a hike or just a short walk, the Biological Station is an ideal starting point for a tour!

A 3-bike tandem offers the opportunity to explore the surrounding area as a couple. It's simply fun!
